Craig Basinger is the Chief Market Strategist at Purpose Investments. With over 25 years of investment experience, Craig combines an educational foundation in economics & psychology with years of experience in both fundamental and quantitative research. A long term student of the markets, Craig’s thoughts and insights can be seen in Market Ethos publications and is a regular contributor on BNN.
Craig and his team bring a transparent and cost efficient approach to investment management. The team provides asset allocation OCIO services and directly manages over $1 billion in assets. The team manages dividend mandates, quantitative risk reduction strategies and asset allocation services.

An graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce, and is a CFA charter holder. An has been in the investment industry for over twenty years and has worked for Canadian and Global financial institutions along the way. As Vice-President, Investments Services and Proposals, An is responsible for the firm’s product research platform for public funds and manages the investment proposals and RFP process.
An started her career on the investment custody side where she specialized in portfolio transition management dealing with Canada’s largest pension plans and investment managers. Prior to joining Richardson Wealth, An was Vice President, Products & Services at Macquarie Private Wealth, and was responsible for the firm’s fee-based programs including the advisor managed discretionary, third party managed discretionary, and non-discretionary platforms. Prior to joining Macquarie, An was an analyst for the consulting group at CIBC Asset Management where she was part of the manager research team that was responsible for the sub-advisory relationships for over $110 billion in assets under management. On the manager research team, she covered Canadian equity, fixed income and Global fixed income investment managers.
With a 360-degree backdrop of the investment management business, including custody, transition management, and portfolio management, An brings best practice ideas and solutions to the investment team. As a result of her dealings with both the end client and the investment manager, An has a balanced, and disciplined perspective to investment management with a focus on portfolio implementation, on-going monitoring, and risk-management.
Njideka Harris-Eze , CIM, FMA, CFDS, CFP, FCSI

Based in the Calgary office, Njide collaborates with our Tax & Estate team to support Investment Advisor teams in Calgary and Edmonton by providing clarity to their clients’ complex financial situations with actionable, realistic, and effective plans. Njide is committed to helping advisors identify opportunities and the best solutions for their clients. Njide has held progressive positions in banking and financial planning in several world class institutions after successfully transitioning from the IT world. She draws on her 20 years of diverse experience in the financial planning world to prepare integrated and complex financial plans, work closely alongside investment advisors, tax experts, and legal professionals to support high net-worth clients in achieving their wealth goals. A sought-after educator and speaker, Njide has shared her expertise at conferences, webinars, and workshops across Alberta and Canada. She holds multiple designations, including the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Financial Management Advisor (FMA), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and the Chartered Financial Divorce Specialist Certificate (CFDS). She is also a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FSCI).
Sean Hsu, CPA (U.S.), MTax, TEP

Sean collaborates with advisory teams and their clients to develop wealth planning strategies and to deliver integrated solutions addressing their unique needs.
Sean is an accountant with experience in Canadian and U.S. tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, with a focus on integrated cross-border wealth, estate, and trust matters. Before joining Richardson Wealth, Sean was at a multi-national accounting firm practicing in the private client group.
Sean participates in the development of thought leadership content delivered by our Tax & Estate Planning team. He has appeared in The Globe and Mail and has authored and contributed to several articles for BorderCrossings, a Thomson Reuters publication with insightful commentary on crossborder issues faced by Canadians and U.S. citizens. He is also a facilitator in the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program.
Sean is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Waterloo.
